Accessory dwelling units (ADUs) — also known as in-law suites or guest cottages - are growing in popularity with an estimated 1.4 million units and counting. Continued growth of ADUs is inevitable, given demographics, the lack of housing inventory and the support of organizations like AARP.

This program features Tiny House and ADU expert Kol Peterson, who will provide an overview of ADUs, and their place and role in the US housing. The learning objectives include:
