We get it. People are busy. It’s difficult enough to take a detailed look at your finances, much less where you want to be in 10, 20 or 30 years. We spend every day thinking about your future and finding ways to help you get there by making smart decisions.
Your plan will cover seven planning areas, as applicable:
Your personal financial plan is the blueprint to reach your goals and live out your values. But after the plan is constructed, how will you keep your finances on track? Life tends to be full of surprises. For continued support, learn more about our Wealth Management Program.
Here is how our financial planning process works:
We start with a 30 minute complimentary call so we can learn more about what is really important to you. If it appears we are a good fit to work together, we go to Step 2.
We'll discuss what you would like to accomplish. We have reviewed your financial documents in advance of this meeting so we can spend the time really focused on you and your goals.
In this meeting we review a draft of your current financial picture. We confirm all of your numbers and assumptions, and discuss scenarios to model in your finalized plan.
Your finalized plan is presented along with an action plan and recommendations. The plan brings you all the way up to the point of implementation.
A comprehensive financial plan provides a great base for organizing your financial house. Just as spring cleaning your garage becomes muddled by mid-summer, planning your financial future requires ongoing attention to stay on track.
In addition, your finances are always changing. When you land a new job , get married, have kids, send them off to college, receive an inheritance or just want to retire, your personal finances change. Do you have the time and expertise to adjust our financial plan along the way? What is the best way to minimize taxes in the process? How will your decisions in one area impact your other goals?
Our Wealth Management Program provides a proactive and experienced approach to your finances, so that you can stay ahead of life’s surprises. Whether it’s a change to your job, your family, or if “life happens”, we are here to help you prepare and make adjustments and keep your plan on track. So where can we help you?

Going through a divorce can be one of the most stressful periods in your life.
What may have started out as a wonderful relationship is no longer the case. People divorce for many reasons. Sometimes people just grow apart and have different needs. Other times it is because of something really bad like abuse or an addiction.
In either case, the divorce process can be extremely challenging and stressful. So, having the right people on your team can make all the difference. Your team could consist of a good divorce attorney or mediator, a Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioner and a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™, and a good support system that includes a divorce coach, divorce therapist, and a good friend or two who are willing to listen.
What we provide pre-divorce
Not currently working with an attorney, mediator, divorce coach, or divorce therapist? We can recommend one.
What we provide post-divorce
10 Things You Need to Know Before Getting Divorced
We approach the college conversation differently.
Traditionally, parents and students start by making their dream lists of schools.
We start by looking at the student and determining which schools would be a good fit. Then we identify schools that tend to offer the best financial packages based on your son or daughter’s profile.
We believe that there is a better approach than falling in love with a particular school before the more important questions of fit and finances have been answered.
If you are the parent of a high school student, you already know that college is very expensive. And, you probably don’t want to pay more than you have to.
We can arm you with information to help you select the best colleges without bankrupting your retirement.
