We’re excited to share some important news about the future of Financial Planning Solutions, LLC. After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the strategic decision to join forces with Beacon Pointe Advisors, LLC (“Beacon Pointe”) — a widely recognized, independent wealth advisory firm.
This next chapter is driven by the same motivation that inspired us to merge our individual practices and form Financial Planning Solutions, LLC over 12 years ago — to provide the best possible financial guidance to you.
For some time, we have been considering different ways that we could raise the breadth and depth of advisory services we provide to you while continuing to grow. Beacon Pointe will bring additional resources and knowledge to our firm and to you.
Our search for the right partner was extensive. We began the process two years ago, which included evaluating and interviewing over 20 firms that had expressed interest in partnering with us. We then narrowed that list down to three that most closely aligned with our philosophy, culture, and commitment to client service. After many conversations and in-person meetings with the leadership teams, Beacon Pointe stood out as the clear choice. We believe the people at Beacon Pointe share our values, operate with integrity, and bring additional resources to help us serve you better.
Beacon Pointe has more than 600 professionals across 60 offices nationwide, and oversees approximately $40 billion in assets under management as of 12/31/2024. By joining their organization, we’ll gain access to their enhanced planning resources, technology, and investment capabilities — all while maintaining the personalized service and fiduciary standard you’ve come to expect from us.
What’s not changing:
Your advisor, your team, and your investment accounts will all remain the same. We anticipate no disruption to your day-to-day experience, and we will continue to act as your fiduciary, always putting your best interests first.
We expect the transaction to close at the end of December 2025. Once finalized, you’ll begin to see the Beacon Pointe brand reflected in our materials, but the same people you’ve always known will remain at the heart of your relationship with us.
